Order Fulfillment

To ensure quality and exclusivity, our releases are handled in two phases:

First 50 Orders — Ready to Ship

The first 50 orders of each release are produced and prepared in advance. These orders will be processed and shipped shortly after purchase.

Orders After the First 50 — Pre-Order

Once the initial 50 units have sold out, all subsequent orders will be considered pre-orders.

Pre-order items are not immediately available for shipment and must first be manufactured and delivered to us before being sent to customers. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the extended fulfillment timeline.

Estimated Shipping Times

• Ready-to-ship orders: Processed and shipped shortly after purchase.
• Pre-orders: Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production, fulfillment, and delivery.

While we strive to meet these estimates, shipping times may vary due to manufacturing schedules, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
